Batman's not powerful enough to take on three armed guards yet, but there's an easy way to get rid of them: swing up to the top of the building and take out the armed guard near some grates with a noisy Glide Kick.

User Info: Veraxulous. When you get the disruptor you go back to the server room backtrack. It's the room where you took out your sequencer, and when you tried to hack the door it went haywire. There will be a box on the wall up and to the left of the door you use the disruptor on and it won't interfere with your sequencer anymore letting you open it.
